Interior design concept research for the development of a franchising chain of restaurants in London. The project brief aims at the definition of a proper atmosphere associated to a contemporary interpretation of the typical italian care for food preparation and serving, yet avoiding the international stereotype of the italian restaurant. Key features: middle way between the fast-consumption place and the traditional restaurant; open for breakfast, lunch, brunch, closed for dinner; italian hospitality; cosmopolitan atmosphere with a flair of italian style; international menu based on the quality and freshness of ingredients of italian provenience.
