Each electron configuration of atom is determined mainly by the mutual interactions between electromagnetic fields yielded by atomic orbitals occupied by electron. Pauli's exclusion rule may be automatically deduced through taking into account of the mutual electromagnetic interactions. Hunt's rule will be described through both electrostatic and electromagnetic examinations. A new multi-electrons system will be introduced.
